"My name? It will seem strange to your tongue. Best to stick with Aidan, Milday."

Name: Aidan (Full name is Akadian)

Age: 420

Apparent Age: Mid Twenties

Species: Demon

Occupation: Mischief

Personality: Sarcastic, Calculating, Prideful, Oddly fascinated

with humans, Caring to a select few.

Bio: The mortal world is a delightfully sinful place, full of vices that

really make his work laughably simple. In every city you can find a

plethora of illicit activities to indulge in; from common street

hookers to elaborate red light districts, gambling, trafficking of all

varieties. Chances were, an immortal hand had some sort of

connection to them.

While it is true that some demons devour human souls in order to

live, Aidan himself is not a demon that hunts souls. His creation is

a bit more unique; while some spirits are created through negative energies of living beings, or from humans who have been corrupted, Aidan's creation is one which came about in order to protect a certain powerful someone. He was given the name Akadian and was duty bound to protect this person... by whatever means necessary.

And so he did.

With inhuman power, he guarded his charge with his life and cut down any who opposed them for many years. He had lost count of how many lives he had taken in the name of his duty, but never once did he mourn their deaths. The only death that shook him... was the day his master passed away when she fell ill in her middle aged years.

The master was gone, his duty completed, but... still he remained. With his reason for living gone, Aidan became a wanderer in search of purpose once again. His skills often attracted the attention of nefarious people, but the demon wasn't picky. All he wanted was to keep busy and find something worth devoting his time and energy to once more.

Aidan in particular enjoys the pleasure of 'people watching', finding humans to be quite curious creatures, if not simple and often loathsome. Interesting, nonetheless. His mysterious nature could both command attention or allow him to slip by unnoticed, depending on his preference. He could be found just about anywhere, but demons naturally thrived in dark atmospheres.

...That is, until she came along and made the light seem incredibly appealing.
